National Express is the market leader in the West Midlands - the largest urban bus market outside of London. Services are operated from nine garages across the region. In addition we run urban bus services in the city of Coventry - as National Express Coventry.

National Express Transport Solutions (NXTS) was formed in July 2020, bringing together two leading UK coach hire brands - Lucketts Group and The Kings Ferry Group.

NXTS offers a comprehensive range of transport solutions for all types of requirements, from the private hire for leisure and events, through to corporate travel solutions, commuter services, and employee shuttles. The business also provides accessible transport services.

The business has a strong operational presences in the South and South East of England and the West Midlands, with a platform of partner operators across the UK which can deliver a consistent level of service nationally.

National Express Ireland entered the Irish market in March 2020 with a plan to play a major role in Ireland’s public transport sector.

Our first major service offering is Dublin Express, which has become established as the largest operator of high frequency shuttle services between Dublin Airport and Dublin City.

Our plan is to continue to build on the success of Dublin Express with more services from the airport to other Dublin locations and intercity destinations. The first phase of this was the 784 route from the airport to the south of the city, which launched in April 2022.

We have continued to expand in 2023, with the launch of a new route between Belfast, Dublin Airport and Dublin, offering frequent, direct services between the cities on a brand new, state-of-the-art fleet of luxury coaches.

We aim to continue to build on this progress and develop new routes throughout Ireland providing a high quality, efficient and sustainable mode of transport for all of our customers.
