Spanish mobility company Alsa, part of Mobico Group, is the first mobility company in Spain to be awarded 'Top Employer' by the Top Employers Institute.

The awards are granted to companies that show outstanding best practices in people management at a global level, and that place their people at the core of what they do. 

A certification programme assesses six key categories of people management: Manage, Structure, Attract, Develop, Engage and Connect, with certification awarded after a comprehensive assessment process. 

In Spain, this certification has been granted to around 100 companies, with Alsa the only representative in the mobility sector.
